Audit and Assurance Committee is a statutory committee, Chaired by Non Exectuvie Director Raz Akbar, which holds oversight duties and aids in establishing and enhancing efficient internal mechanisms. It supervise the Trustees Risk Management Framework, with its Terms of Reference aligning with the HFMA Audit Committee Handbook. Operational Risk Management is delighted to senior managers across the Trust on a daily basis, as outlined in the Risk Management Strategy Policy.
This committee meets at least five times per year.
